Wednesday Night Tutoring could not run without the society of St Vincent de Paul, and on occassion we work together to organise outings for the kids

Margaret runs the Friday Night Tutoring program and is an inspirational mentor to the committee and the other tutors. Her constant guidance has invaluable to the success of the program.
She has been awarded an honorary doctorate in Education and admitted as a Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of her work

A similar program running throughout Melbourne with Sudanese students. Co-ordinators Anna Grace Hopkins and Matthew Albert have provided many new ideas for Wednesday Night Tutoring to build on and implement.

IBM has been a very significant financial supporter of Wednesday Night Tutoring, providing the funds for the resource packs, the library and to take them out on excursions

Our sincerest thanks to Joe Wright and Lou McKenna for their generous donation of Maths Mate Books for our students. The students utilise these books each and every Wednesday night and have improved rapidly as a result. The books have also promoted the interesting and fun aspects of maths to our students.

A very big thank-you to Freehills for their amazingly generous donation which helped us expand the Wednesday Night Tutoring with a large range of new books!

Anne English (President) and the mothers have kindly donated generous financial support which has been used to fund outings for the kids and tutors.

As part of their 2003 Missions Week, the children of Our Lady of the Pines Primary School kindly donated funky stationery for our students. Additionally, a number of new novels were donated which have been the catalyst for the creation of the Wednesday Night Tutoring Library. Many thanks to Mrs Judy Abbot (principal), Mrs Suzanne Conway (teacher) and the children of Our Lady of the Pines.
