WHAT DOES WNT MEAN TO LI-YANG?

Wednesday Night Tutoring is a program that runs on Wednesday nights. University students come each week to tutor us.

The tutors are not teachers. They don't give out detentions when work is not completed. But they also don't complete our work for us. The tutors are there to help and make sure that we improve.

To me, the tutors are like friends. They come every Wednesday night to help me with any work that I am having difficulties with. Not only that, they also try and help me improve my work, but also make sure that I understand what they are saying.

I am very grateful that I am part of Wednesday Night Tutoring. WNT has helped my school work a lot- especially my English. Sometimes I am confused about which tense to use. However, I have been working on this and reading more and am improving.
